Tampa Palms is the largest community in New Tampa. It has over 7,000 acres with thousands of acres of conservation land and many lakes.
 Tampa Palms is located approximately 1 mile south of the I-75 exit with Bruce B. Downs Blvd, and about 25-30 minutes from Tampa International Airport
and downtown Tampa.

This community was started in 1991, but you can still find new homes in the  phase which is currently under development. Tampa Palms is comprised
of a number of unique "villages," each with their own unique design and price range.

The Tampa Palms Country Club has a beautiful Art Hills golf course, 2 pools, a pro shop, a fitness and aerobic center, restaurant, and 24 suites for your guests.
