| To get the 1% rebate on the price of the house, the builder or seller must be offering at least a 3% commission to us and we only pay the 1% if you were not referred by another agent to us as we have to pay that agent the 1% for sending you to us. | |
| If New Construction, the 1% rebate is only on the house and does not include any upgrades or lot cost or lot premiums | |
